PRIMARY: Tank SECONDARY: Fighter

PASSIVE: Unbroken - Upon taking damage from enemy champions, Scar stacks unbroken up to 5 times. Each stack reduces up to 3 near by enemy champions AP/AD damage by 1%/5%max, and permanently increases Scar's magic resist/armor by 1.0 for every 5 stacks he gets. After every 5 stacks unbroken stacks reset, and Scar's movement speed is reduced by 10% for 1.5 seconds.

(Q) Horrific Slam: Scar slams his fist to the ground and sends 2 terrain waves towards enemy's in a cone in front of him. Each wave slows enemy's by 10% of their movement speed and hits for 16%/17%/18%/19%/20% of Scar's base attack damage. 14 sec/13 sec/12 sec/11 sec/10 sec.

(W) Horrific Visions: Passively every 5 basic attacks on a target will cause them to flee for 1.5 seconds. Activate: Scar hits himself repeatedly in the head 10 times for 10 seconds. Each hit takes 1.0% of his total health away in damage and Scar's attack speed is reduced by 10% but Scar's movement speed is increased by 10% and increases his basic attack damage by 2%/4%/6%/8%/10% each hit that stacks. - 30 sec/29 sec/28 sec/27 sec/26 sec.

(E) Horrific Creation: Scar rushes to enemy and creates Horrific image of the target that lasts 6 secs/ 8 secs/ 10 secs/ 12 secs/ 14 secs or until killed. The Image of the target is an enemy champion, it does 50% of Scar's total attack damage, if the image is a minion/jungle creature it only does 25% of Scar's total attack damage. Images also trigger Unbroken stacks while hitting enemy's. - CD 24 sec/22 sec/20 sec/19 sec/18 sec.

(R) Fists of Agony: Scar slams his fists together and sends huge shout out says "AGONY" for 5 seconds. Every second of fists of agony creates huge waves of terrain all around Scar. Waves slow all enemy's movement speed by 20% and increases Scar's movement speed by 20% and each wave does 20%/25%/30% of Scar's total magic resist/armor. Fists of Agony also triggers unbroken stacks. - CD 110 sec/ 105 sec/ 100 sec.

I love the concept but there are major two issues, he can't basic attack while attacking himself(W) and his entire E just doesn't fit the kit. Under the assumption that he's manaless I would say you can standardize his abilities to cost health, as that will also fit the kit. The W passive and the kit passive are too similar, I would maybe change it so that the W passive you have to land 3 attacks within 5 seconds (assuming he's melee) and give a 20 sec cooldown.

Finally I would maybe give his abilities a cost of adrenaline. This is a new meter in which they gain resource by being damaged. That way the passive can be adapted into the entire kit without ruining your idea of a crazy berserker, and rather reinforces it

All in all the concept is good but we need to know more-

~ability costs: mana, health, a concept of adrenaline(mentioned earlier) ~attack type ~primary lane ~a bit of background to know why he's so psycho as to self harm (maybe to gain adrenaline or bad steroids xD) ~what he looks like (is this some kind of buff yordle?) ~something to uniquely separate Scar from both Mundo(who is a crazy buff scientist and likes to get hurt) and Olaf(who is a crazy buff raider who doesn't care if he gets hurt)
