Deadeye is from Noxus?

So, we know almost nothing about these teasers, and what "Deadeye" (Jhin?) is. There's a ton of theories on the pictures of champions getting shot, and how these guys are seemingly unrelated. However, I did notice a connection that I haven't seen anyone point out yet. Granted, these might be a bit weak, but they're worth considering.

All four of these champions: Zed Sona Garen Vi

have been targeted by this supposed new champion. When I looked at them closer, I realized they're all considered opposition to Noxus.

Zed Zed hails from Ionia, which has been targeted for resources by Noxus, creating quite a rift between the two nations. I assume Zed, although traitorous, is still an Ionian at heart, meaning he would oppose Noxus should they inhabit his homeland again. It's also worth noting that Zed is quite powerful, and is said to be capable of unbalancing Ionia, freeing the people of their peaceful ways and restraint. Making Ionians stronger is something Noxus would most likely try to prevent at all costs. (Zed AMA is above, so I kind of have some logic here)

Garen Garen is the most obvious one for this theory: He comes from Demacia, Noxus' main rival. Garen is a monster on the battlefield, capable of both taking out scores of enemy troops and boosting his own army's morale. Not only that, he's Demacia's posterboy. Taking him out would devastate the entire nation, and the demoralized army would be easier pickings for Noxus.

Sona Sona is a bit of an interesting one. She was born in Ionia, yet resides in Demacia, making her a link between the two. What benefit would killing Sona have to this assassin? She can't talk, and as far as we know, EVERYONE loves Sona. Hell, Swain even complimented her performance at one point. She's famous all throughout Valoran, but with fame, comes power. Even without a voice, Sona most likely has a lot of influence to her fanbase. She can still communicate through her instrument as well, to a degree. What would be stopping her from rallying support against Noxus during one of their more bloody campaigns? From this point of view, she can be considering priority.

As for Vi Vi... I had trouble with her. She's the outlier, she doesn't fit in with the other three. She does protect Piltover, however. As we all know, Piltover is on hostile terms with Zaun. Of course, Zaun is Noxus' biggest ally. See where I'm going with this? With Vi eliminated, Piltover would be a bit easier of a target. Between her and Cait, they can protect an entire city. With Vi gone, Caitlyn is going to have to try and stop an army without her second in command. I have problems with this, however. What's stopping other Piltover champs from interfering if Noxus/Zaun invades Piltover? Why not go for Heimerdinger or Jayce, two infinitely more influential figures for this city state? Alternatively, Zaun wants Vi dead for her treachery by leaving for Piltover.

I'm just spitballing here, what do you guys think? The way I'm looking at it, this "Deadeye" is a sharpshooter/hitman sent from Noxus to take out these targets. I know some of these are a bit weak, but it's hard to connect four completely different champions. Yes, I've seen the support/top/mid/jungle thing, and that seems to be the main reason these four are chosen. I can't help but feel like there's something missing, though.

I never made the connections of where they live! Great Job! I think you are onto something about where he is from!
