-- Bal is a Tank in the truest sense, having minimal damage oriented abilities and very high durability paired with the ability to defend his teammates.
Passive: Transcending Will
Bal has been bullied his entire life and developed a subconscious enigma which allows him to defy the laws of physics. Bal is immune to all critical damage (still takes regular damage from critical hits), reduces all true damage taken by 15 / 30 / 50%, and ignores the next crowd control inflicted on himself after every 10 hits received from enemies.
First Ability [Q] : Flinch Cooldown: 24 / 22 / 18 / 14 / 10 seconds (after third cast)
Bal can hold this ability for up to 3 seconds to reduce damage taken for a period of time. The ability can be used 3 times before going on cooldown and has a 1.5 second delay between re-casts. Ability can be activated during crowd control and is not canceled by crowd control. Damage reduction is a flat amount of each attack based on Bal's bonus health.
15 / 18 / 22 / 27 / 35% (of Bal's Bonus health, subtracted from all damage taken while activated).
Second Ability [W] : Instinctive Reaction
[Passive] Flee: While Instinctive Reaction is not on cooldown, Bal gains movement speed while moving away from enemy champions. (Movement Speed: +5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25)
[Active] Courageous Outburst: Cooldown: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds
Bal unleashes his rage in a radius around him, causing damage to all enemies, and shielding himself and all allies in the area.
Physical Damage: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+70% Bonus AD) Shield Amount: 30 / 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 (+100% Bonus AD)
Third Ability [E] : Heroic Leap Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds
Bal leaps into the air towards a targeted location, knocking up enemies in a small area upon landing. While in the air, Heroic Leap cannot be canceled and ignores terrain (including terrain created by champions) and locked zones created by champions.
Knock-up Duration: 1.5 seconds
Fourth Ability [R] : Against The Odds Cooldown: 130 / 120 / 100
-- Bal poises himself for his last stand, becoming unable to move for 2.5 seconds, however mitigating and reflecting all damage inflicted on him by enemy champions back to his attackers for 1.5 seconds.
