A request from Gameplay+: A high skill Enchanter

I have seen several threads, one in gameplay+, one in gameplay, in which players were asking for a high skill Enchanter. So I've come up with a couple ideas that could count as enchanters, possibly of high skill. If you have any ideas please submit them either as a comment or as a separate thread.

Champion 1: Valeen

Passive: When within 1000 units of two or more ally champions skills have special empowerments.

Q: After delay of 0.75 seconds, create a burst of energy on a target location, dealing 80/100/120/140/165+(60% ability power) damage and slowing enemies hit by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2 seconds. The diameter of the circle is 400 units, when passive is active this increases to 550 units.

range:900 cooldown:12/11/10/9/7.5

W: Grants an ally champion invulnerability for 0.5 seconds, if passive is active this is increased to 1 second. range:750 cooldown:25/23/21/19/16

e: Creates a barrier that surrounds an ally that is 300 units away from that ally. Any enemies that attempt to dash through this barrier take 30/50/70/90/110+(40% ability power) damage and are stunned for 1 second. Needless to say this will interrupt the dash. If passive is active the barrier will be 400 units away from the ally. If an ally goes invisible or becomes camouflaged the barrier will go invisible as well. The barrier lasts 2 seconds. cast range:800 cooldown:25/23/21/19/16

R: An ally champions next three basic attacks will fire a missile at an enemy. Every missile deals 50/100/150+(25% ability power) damage to the primary target and all enemies within 200 units. If passive is active the scaling is increased to 30% and it will damage all enemies within 300 units. cooldown: 50/45/40

Champion 2:(no name I could think of)

Passive: All offensive skills mark enemy champions with dark mark. Which can be detonated by an ally attack. The mark will deal 20-150(levels 1-18)+(20% ability power) damage All ally empowering skills mark allies with light mark. If attacked by an enemy while having light mark the mark will create a barrier that protects against 20-150(levels 1-18)+(30% ability power) damage. All marks will last 3 seconds.

Q: Throws a dark projectile which deals 100/130/160/190/220+(55% ability power) damage to the first enemy hit. range:1000 cooldown:13/12/11/10/8.5

w:Creates a shield for an ally champion that absorbs 40/60/80/100/130+(40% ability power) damage.

e: On enemy: Deals 40/50/60/70/80+(25% ability power) damage to an enemy(this is on click). On ally:Heals for 40/50/60/70/80+(30% ability power) health to an ally(this is on click). range:600 cooldown: 15/14/13/12/10

R: Embraces darker form altering all non ultimate skills for 10 seconds Q:Has 10% higher ability power scaling. w:No longer castable on ally. Instead creates an energy field around an enemy which after 2 seconds constricts. Dealing 60/90/120/150/180+(40% ability power) damage. range:1000 e:On enemy cast has 20% bonus ability power scaling. And it has 200 bonus range passive: Dark mark has 5% bonus ability power scaling.

cooldown of ult:80/70/60

These two shoddy ideas are all I could come up with.Please leave ideas for high skill enchanters in comments or in separate thread. I have seen people ask for a high skill enchanter on multiple accounts and if we keep it up maybe Riot will consider an idea.
