Pop-out chat when game client launches with built in game stats

This pretty much wipes out every single game statistics from third party websites (op.gg) While brings teams together to talk things out pre-game rather than mindlessly staring at the load screen.

The social aspect of league is pretty depressing right now too and maybe we can even weed out a few more toxic players (post game chat is tempting)
