Riot, news on the 2014 ultamite skin?

So I was really excited when I heard riot released an ultimate skin every year, with cool visuals and voice overs and stuff, and really wanted a skin like that for a champion I like. At the end of 2014, there was no word about the skin. Now it's almost the beginning of season 5 and I have no idea who it's form. Riot, can you please at least tell me who it's for, maybe even a planned release date? Thanks in advance.
