Turrets feel so useless.

Like literally I don't feel safe under my tower like I did in Season 7.

The new rune changes and all the new champion rework and buffs and items they feel even more useless.

A lot of champions can take the harass to another level and not allow you to farm under turret.

That needs to stop!

Turret Rework

AA Range Increased

This will make it difficult for 2 man dives requiring at least 3.

This will also stop turret harassers such as zyra, Caitlyn, ryze, morde, Yasuo, Syndra, Akali, Lucian, Jinx, atrox. Ect

Making it more possible to lane with a feeding support or a hard counter of a laner.

Turret damage

The damage needs to be higher. After 70-90 armor most tank champions can tank the turret after procing aftershock for about 8-10 shots.

This is unfair because this is nearly level 7-8 ish and the support has armor boots and aegis.

I don’t know how they will incorporate this but it will definitely make laners feel more safe when there is a feeder support or a rough lane.

Riot doesn't want the game to slow down, that's the whole point of the changes to turrets Games in general are trending to quick, fast pace, action-packed always, no one wants to AFK outside your turret and not be able to do anything cause the turret is there, that's lame as shit

Bro, Akali is melee, Mordekaiser is melee, and Lucian is one of the shortest range ADCs in the game at 500 if I'm remembering correctly. If you're playing a ranged champion and these guys are poking you under turret, it's because your positioning is horrifyingly bad.

Aatrox I can sorta see just because a good Aatrox will hit 6 and just start nonstop diving you with his insane healing, but that's a problem more to Aatrox himself.

Regarding the turret damage, yes, I do agree that it's too low, but primarily in progressing shots and when fighting tanks. If you ask me, the ramping damage from multiple shots should be changed to ramping % armor pen, up to 40% at maybe something like 4 shots. Like, 1st shot against a champion is normal (0 armor pen), 1st is 10%, 2nd is 20%, 3rd is 30%, and 4th is 40%, with a slight increase in the turret's base damage as well.

I also have thought for a long time that the Nexus turrets should be AoE, dealing less damage per shot but shooting first minions in the area around them, then switching to single target if a champion pulls aggro.

I just wish that they'd get rid of the "first team to 5-man dive bot lane and take bot tower wins!" meta that they've forced on us to try to get pro players to fight each other and make something interesting happen.

I don't support tower hugging. Turrets are strong enough that stupid champs like Vlad and Kayle can just farm under them. But over the course of the lane the are 40 cs down-does not matter. Late game they still outscale. Also if you get pushed to your tower every game that just means that you are bad. The only time that happens to me is when I get autofilled adc-I sit under tower since the other guy positions and harrasses better, also knows the matchups better. Also your examples are bad. Morde can't do shit-his Q is obvious and shorter ranged. His R is the most enemy friendly R I have ever seen. You can murder Morde in his R as a decently fed mage or adc who knows how to run away. Not to mention his R has enemy structures like towers in it. Even if the tower is outside it will still shoot you if you are in range. I did not know Morde creates things that can hurt him in his own realm. Dragons disappear so turrets should as well.
