Logan, the Electron Manipulator [Champion Concept]
When he was young, Logan wanted to be a soldier. Born in Noxus, he was fascinated from the proud knights he saw marching on the streets, confident that, someday, he would become one of them. Unfortunately, his dream didn't last long. when he was 8 years old, Logan lost all of his trust in Noxus when a group of soldiers killed his family and burnt his house, "only" because his father killed a drunken Noxus officer trying to PROTECT his son. Presumed dead, Logan tried for a whole year to get out from Noxus, and he finally succeeded by hiding in a caravan. He later tried to get inside Piltover, asking for political asylum and pretending to be a fugitive from a slave traders convoy. Once he got in Piltover, he tried to find a home, and an old researcher named Xart took him under his custody. Xart was a hextech researcher, and when he retired he kept doing experiments on its own. Logan helped the researcher with his experiments until Xart died 15 years later. The boy continued his research for 4 years, but he couldn't improve his creations. When heard of the Summoners' Reef, full of powerful fighters, he saw a chance to find a solution to his problem. With his Electron Generator, he continues to search for new sources to use in his tests.
APPEARANCE(no concept arts for now, because i suck at drawing t-t): He is a young man (about 29 years old) with black hairs (no beard) in a low ponytail; He wears a white and gray tunic with golden edges, a blue wrap and brown leather shoes; On his right arm he has a golden armor with a "gem" (an electron generator) on the palm of the hand (he will use this arm to attack); On his left arm he has a golden glove (similar to the right one) with also a "gem" on the palm, but smaller;
STATS(feel free to give any advice you want, i'm new at LoL so i'm not very experienced): HP: 556 (+91 per level); Health Regen: 6.3 (+0.56 per level); Mana: 280 (+18 per level); Mana Regen: 6.0 (+0.71 per level); Attack Type: Melee; Attack Damage: 0 (+35% AP max +1% per level); Attack Speed: 0.635 (+2.194% per level); Movement Speed: 330 Armor: 18.251 (+2.7 per level); Magic Resistance: 31.24 (+3 per level);
ATTACKS and ABILITIES (feel free to suggest any change):
Base Attack : Zap-Sword Logan attacks with an energy sword that deals only AP-based damage. The sword is directly summoned from the electron generator on his right hand. Passive : Thirst for Knowledge When Logan kills another champion, its corpse will drop a small tablet of stone surrounded by blue energy, called "Fragment of Knowledge". This drop will last 5 minutes and if you collect it you'll be able to upgrade one of your abilities, depending on their cost. (This also works with assists). Logan also starts the match with 75 bonus AP. Q : Magnetic Bullet Logan throws a magnetic bullet (like Ezral's Q but with more "electricity particles") that flies forward. The first enemy the bullet hits will suffer 50% of Magnetic Bullet damage. When Magnetic Bullet hits a second enemy, this one will suffer 100% of the damage and will attract to itself for 3 meters (9.8ft) the previous enemy hit by the bullet. Range: 1050 Recharge time: 9s; Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Damage: 40/60/75/85/95 (+70% AP max); Power-up (cost: 1 Fragment of Knowledge): With this power-up, when the bullet doesn't hit anything or has hit only one champion/minion/jungle monster, it will explode pushing away any enemy in a 5 meters (16,4ft) radius. The enemy hit by the bullet is affected from this effect even if it is beyond the explosion range. W : Retract & Release Activation 1: Logan retracts his energy sword to gain a mana regen for the whole time the sword is retracted. During this time he can't use ANY ability and he can only attack with his fists, but he will have little to no reach and will only do very few damge. Mana Regen Buff: +8.5 (+0.3 per level +11% AP max); Fists Damage: 4 (+0.05 per level); Activation 2: Logan releases his weapon with a pulse of energy around him that knocks airborne any enemy in a range of 5.4 meters (17.7ft) for 1 second and gives allies movement speed and attack speed (note that this ability costs mana only at Activation2). Recharge time: 15s; Cost: 55 Movement Speed Buff: +17% (+1.05% per level +1% AP max); Attack Speed Buff: +10% (+0.4% per level + 0.25% AP max); Power-up (cost: 2 Fragments of Knowldege): With this power-up the enemies get also stunned for 1 second and allies get healed by 8% of their max health. He gets healed only by 4% of his max health. E : Paralyzing Javelin Logan's sword turns into a javelin that is instantly thrown in a designed area. The javelin explodes on impact, dealing damage in a AoE around it, and blocks enemies for 0.5 seconds. The sword will reappear after a little time Logan has thrown the javelin. Recharge time: 18s; Cost: 70/80/90/105/115 Reach: 1005; Radius: 3.4 meters (11.2ft); Damage: 65/70/85/95/105 (+20% AP max); Speed: 3.1 m/s (10,2ft); Sword Respawn time: 0.6 seconds; Power-up (cost: 4 Fragments of Knowledge): With this power the javelin will fly faster (4 m/s or 13,ft) AND the sword will reappear instantly. The next base attack with the sword will have +10% AP crit chance. R : Zap-Halberd Logan transforms his sword into an energy halberd that has more reach and damage, but it's slower. He also gains movement speed for 3.8 seconds. His abilities change when Zap-Halberd is active (also the power-up). Rechatge time: 60s; Damage: 0 (+40/45/50% AP max); Cost: 100/110/120 Attack Reach: 1.7 meters (5.6ft); Attack Speed: base attack speed -3.5/3/2.5%; Movement Speed Buff: +8%; Power-up (cost: all abilities power-up and 250 gold): This one is a little bit different to get. You need all power-ups unlocked to make appear in the market a new item called "High Voltage Electromagnetic Generator" (it looks like a blue crystal with a golden ring around it and "electricity particles"), that will give you the power-up. -When the sword turns into a halberd, Logan automatically summons 4 energy sphere around him that damage a little the enemies that are next to him, including minions and jungle monsters (a sphere can only target one enemy per time, so only 4 enemies can be targeted, the spheres will have priority on champions). A sphere will disappear when it has dealt 100 damage. Sphere Reach: 1 meter (3.2ft); Damage: 10/s (it will damage the enemy continuously); -When the halberd turns into a sword, Logan will gain 20% of the mana he used to activate the previous ability, and the next time he goes under 45% health, an explosion will cast from him, pushing 5 meters (16,4ft) away the enemies and reducing their movement speed by 70% for 0.7 seconds.(If he is already under 45% health, the ability will not cast).
