Foreuq - The Defiled Monstrosity

This is another rage based champ that i thought up just a few days ago hes a creature that was once human but has been defiled by thaumaturgy and chained up though his wrist to the ground of an ancient dungeon under Noxus and left to be forgotten but escapes by using his now immense size and strength ripping chunks of the ground out to escape which he now uses as weapons. i think his kit is quite unique in it's own way, that it has two states that effect all his moves and allows him good plays and counter play against him. Roles: Primary - Tank Secondary - Fighter

Base Stats: Base Attack Range - 100 units Health - 575 (+ 85 per level) Health Regen - 8 (+ 0.75 per level) Attack Damage - 58 (+ 2.75 per level) Attack Speed - 0.675 (+ 2.5% per level) Armor - 26 (+ 3.325 per level) Magic Resist - 30 (+ 1.25 per level) Movement Speed - 345

Passive: Rage Within This champion uses rage ( no mana costs) which fills on every attack or spell taken and on any auto attack given. 5 rage per stack (max 100). At max stacks the rage meter below the health bar will stay filled for 5 sec. before depleting (15 sec. cooldown starts when rage bar fills to max). This passive has two effects.

Inraged: While Foreuq's rage bar is filled he gains bonus effects on all basic spells and 10% increased base auto attack damage increasing further to 15% at level 6, 20% at level 11, and 25% at level 16.

Exhausted: After Foreuq's Inraged state he becomes Exhausted having penalties on all basic spells and 35% decreased attack speed for 5 sec.

Q - Ferocious Gaze: No Cost Cool Down - 8/7.5/6.5/6/5 sec. Range - 500 Stares down an enemy and grants him vision of that champion as well as allowing him to deal 25% of his base auto attack damage as true damage to that champion for 3 sec.

Inraged - allows Foreuq to target multiple champs with Ferocious Gaze and increases base auto attack damage true damage to 50%.

Exhausted - decreases base auto attack true damage to 10% and grants vision of only the targeted enemy champion (vision range reduced to 0 and can only see the enemy champion selected for the duration).

W - Increased Physique No Cost Cool Down - 15/14.5/13.5/12/10 sec. Self Cast Increases Muscle Strength gaining 10/15/20/30/40 armor and magic resist (+ 10% of armor to armor) and (+ 10% of magic resist to magic resist) for 5 sec.

Inraged - also increases movement speed by 35% for the duration.

Exhausted - reduces armor and magic resist gained from Increased Physique by 50%.

E - Boulder Pummel No Cost Cool Down - 15/14.5/14/13/12 sec. Range - 500 unit cone in front of Foreuq Foreuq swings his boulders together dealing 100/120/140/160/180 (+ 0.8 bonus attack damage) physical damage and slowing all opponents hit by 30/35/45/60/80% decaying over 2 sec. after it as well as bringing all enemies hit to the center of the collision.

Inraged - Foreuq's Boulder Pummel stuns instead of slows for the duration of the swing as well as 2 sec. after it.

Exhausted - Damage done by Boulder Pummel reduced by 50%.

R - Building Rage No Cost Cool Down - 100 sec. Self Cast Foreuq becomes agitated increasing rage gained by all sources to 10 and reducing his passive cool down to 10 sec. last for 20 sec.
