Loading screen chat

Hello all,

Just an idea to put out there, wouldn't it be nice if we could chat to our team mates and possibly the enemy team whilst in loading screen? Some days games load super quick, but on the normal they take a few.. We could use this time whilst waiting for the game to load to discuss possible ideas, boost the teams morale.. or plain out carry on a pre-game convo. Its easy to talk to friends already whilst waiting, but it would also be nice to talk to your team whilst waiting for the game to load.. any suggestions or comments? Also put out a poll just for fun.
