Clicta the Artificer

A mistreating support that lacks damage but makes up for it with utility. He creates devices the he and his allies can use.

Passive: Solar Healer: Heal all of the damage you take over 1 minute.

Q: Summoning Capsule: Put down a device that any allied champion can activate. The Capsule creates a minion with health equal to 50/60/70/80/90% (+1% mana) of health spent and mr, armor and ad equal to 10/20/30/40/50% (+1% mana) of that amount. Placement Cool: 18 sec

W: Courier's Pad: Puts a device down that any allied champion can activate. Activating it puts you in stasis for 1.3/1.6/2/2.3/2.6 sec and allows you to transport to any other Pad. Placement Cool: 30 sec Placement Cost: 100 mana Activation Cool: 25 sec Activation Cost: 90 mana Max Activations: 1/2/3/4/5 (+0.1% max mana) Device Health: 3/4/5/6/7

E: Suffering Vacuum: Place down a device that can be activated by allies. I creates a tether as long as they are in range, reducing all damage they take by 4/7/10/13/16% (+1% mana). Range increases by rank. If the tether breaks, the tethered target gets the suffering mind buff for 1/2/3/4/5 sec (+0.1% mana). If they would take more then 30/25/20/15/10% of their max hp in damage, prevent all of the damage, removing the mark. R: Artificer's Gift: Your basic abilities have bonus effects: Rank 1: Q: Minion attacks splash for 20/30/40/50/60% of the base damage. W: After teleporting you get a move speed boost for 1 sec for 10/20/30/40/50%. E: The tethered target deals 5/10/15/20/25% more damage Rank 2: Q: Minions are immune to tower shots. W: One ally can hitch a ride with another if they click on the device while the first ally is in stasis. E: Enemies who get hit by the tether take 30/40/50/60/70 damage. Rank 3: Q: Passively spawns minions every second with 2/3/4/5/6 health that dive-bomb non-champion enemies for 50/60/70/80/90 splash damage. W: You can now teleport to any allied unit, but doing so puts it on a 35 second cooldown. E: If the tethered target dies, the killer is cursed for 20 sec, taking 5/10/15/20/25% of the tethered targets health per sec over the duration and is slowed by 3/6/9/12/15%.
