Stats 0-10 HP - 6,5 Movement Speed - 5 Attack - 7 Difficulty - 8 Defense - 4
Lets start with his passive
Passive: Unknown Strength When Ipartus gets below 50% his Damage is increased by 40% Cooldown: 2 minites
Q - Poison Moss Ipartus summons moss at a target location and damages enemy champions over for 2 sec
W - Suprise Attack - Ipartus summons his friends "the trees" (2) they support him for 3 seconds dealing damage They will slow the target movement speed by -10% up to 40% The trees will do AD damage based on your AP power
E - Vine control Ipartus throws a vine at a champion grabbing them (cant move or flash) dealing damage and then the vine explodes in thorns dealing small amount of damage around everybody *If poison moss is applied Ipartus pulls the enemy champion to him then damages the champion and after that it explodes in thorns
R - Deadly Transform - Ipartus becomes invulnarable and transforms into a vine and shoots himself to a target location. Targets are rooted for max 2 seconds and then it explodes dealing huge damage Skillshot ability* When the ultimate is finished Ipartus gains bonus 20% movement speed for 1 second
Things you can do with this champion:
1.Ipartus is a very good at camping champions. You can sit in a bush and wait for somebody to come and then make some crazy combos
2.Different combos - You can apply poison moss on a enemy champion then pull them with your Vine Control then you can use your W for some extra damage (Your fellow friends the trees will help you do the damage) Then if the target tries to escape you can catch them with your transformation jutsu :D your R Transform into a vine (like a rope) and catch them
Light Combo - Use your W first then fallow up by a few auto attacks then summon the Poison Moss on them
The E combo - You spot champions low on health and you can't use your R because they are other champions around them? Just use your E on someone and then the Vine will damage them also after that (if you are lucky) you can kill that person with the thorns
Flash combo - Its simple but hard Just Q someone then if he flashes you flash and E
Escape Combo - Use your R to go into a target location to escape everything
You can also dodge upcoming ultimates like 
Remember Ipartus is most strong in the jungle because enemies can't see you
You can build Ipartus with heavy AP items or you can make him AP Tank I think making him tank is better because you can survive longer
