Abilities:
Passive - Legendary Fisherman While Legendary Fisherman is off cooldown, Tamajaki generates a pool of water nearby every few seconds. If there is already a pool nearby, he instead refreshes the duration of the existing pool. Travelling a sufficient distance from a pool causes it to fade.
While targeting a pool and out of combat, Tamajaki can use an ability to channel on that pool, cycling through a number of possible buffs. Recasting this ability fishes up the selected buff and puts this passive on a 90 second cooldown (reduced by level down to 45 seconds).
Note: Everytime he starts fishing he can only choose from 3 options for example [Scuttle Shrine/ Red Buff/ Honeyfruit] while the next time he fishes might have other options like [Blue Buff/ Deepborn Minion/ Scryer’s Bloom] the selections he can make are different each time but can never exceed or be lower than 3.
Buff 1 - Scuttle Shrine Tamajaki pulls up a Scuttle Crab, but it immediately burrows itself underground, giving the Scuttle Shrine effect at the location it was fished up.
Buff 2 - Crest of Cinders Red Buff: Basic attacks against non-turret apply a debuff that deals 12 − 100 (based on level) bonus true damage over 2 seconds, with the first tick of damage occurring on-hit and subsequent ticks occurring each second. Applying Crest of Cinders while a target is already affected by it does not refresh the burn duration. The duration is set to 30 Seconds.
Buff - 3 Crest of Inspiration Blue Buff: If you have mana, restores 4 flat mana and 0.8% of maximum mana per second, and if you have energy, instead restores 5 flat energy and 0.8% of maximum energy per second. The duration is set to 30 Seconds.
Buff 4 - Minions Tamajaki can reel in a Deepborn Minion, that joins your own minion wave from where they are pulled from. *HEALTH 500 − 1400 (based on upgrades) ATTACK DAMAGE 20 − 100 (based on upgrades) ATTACK SPEED

Buff 5 - Honey Fruit Honeyfruit: Tamajaki reels in a heal plant that upon being destroyed releases 3 fruits on the ground. Walking on a fruit restores the greater amount between 2% maximum health and 14 − 100 (based on level) health, in addition to some mana, but slows by 20% for 0.25 seconds.
Buff 6 - Scryer’s Bloom Scryer’s Bloom: Releases pollen in a large cone that flies in the direction the attacker was facing, revealing units and wards for 7 seconds, and champions for 2 seconds.
Q - Catch! Tamajaki flings his fishing line in a straight line, connecting to the first enemy hit and doing a small amount of magical damage. The hook will then attach to that enemy and slow then depending on how far away they are from Tamajaki as long as they are within 750 units of him. This ability slows the target based on how far they are from Tamajaki, up to 750 units.

W - Ionian Raincloud Tamajaki extends the line of his fishing rod and fishes a rain cloud from the sky to hover over a target area. The cloud will dispose water and slowly heal the allied champion while boosting their movement speed by 15-35% for 3 seconds. Enemies that walk into the rain will be slowed by 25-45% for 3 seconds.

E - Wave Catching Tamajaki hurls a cyan glowing hook to the target location and reels in a large wav, pulling it towards him in a straight line. All enemies hit by the wave will be damaged and rooted for a certain amount of time.

R - Fishing Vortex Tamajaki summons a vortex in front of him and lets his fishing line drop in it. In the target area a maelstrom of equal size appears that after a delay will reel all enemies that are in the affected area through the hole to his location

|l GAMEPLAY l|
Playstyle I did not only create Tamajaki to be this original idea for a character, especially with the beat down I got on his first kit I went out and searched for what I really wanted with this champion.
Tamajaki is to be played as a mildly aggressive early game support that, in the right hands can dominate the laning phase with hard crowd control and slows while providing his ADC with the needed sustain to stay in lane for longer. His kit is based around a fisherman that uses his fishing rod to cast abilities and auto attack. The amount of lockdowns and surprises he brings to the table will always strike fear into the hearts of enemies, especially if they find themselves unable to escape his R vortex.
His passive is extremely good and forces you and your team to work together in order to proc the effect, you can also use it for roaming just like his other hard CC abilities.
His Q was made to be a tool that can help your adc get kills in the early game, the slow is also very effective when roaming.
His W is what gives Tamajaki the role of support, by being able to heal your allies and bring them into/out of fights faster can be a huge deal especially for your carry, and it’s slow will help your allies kite sticky champions like Tryndamere.
His R is the cherry on the pie though, being able to bring in a few enemies into a full team ambush can surely score a couple of kills for your allies, especially with the other CC you provide, but watch out! Bringing in too many enemies can result in your team getting wiped!
