His Ultimate could be the ability to mark visible targets within 8 seconds, run across the entire map really quickly knock them each with 2 hits of damage and stop by the last one, ORR Run into an area with a sonic boom and reverse anything that happens in the area within the last 5 seconds

Passive : Regeneration due to his High speed electrons

Q lets him either throw a bolt of kinetic energy , or run into a unit and punch it . W Ability to dodge an incoming attack (with a literal flash dodging animation) , E that helps him run really fast, his fault is that he is not that powerful tho #speedforce
