Speedy, The speeder

I was thinking about a ult where you must stay in a place for 3 or 4 seconds and that you then go to 3 places around the map with superspeed and dealing damage in your 'running' way. and then choose a point in ..... distance from you start point. i think that it would be an awesome ult where you just have that feeling that you are a superhero. I think it would be good in a mechanic-robot sort of champion where all of his ability's is based about speed. And when you are waiting in the start for 4 seconds or 3 seconds that you are boosting you legs with extra rockets maybe and then you rush to bot or mid and just dealing damage and you go away. It would be an awesome jngl so like you run into a lane you deal a good amount of damage and you are running to the other lane and doing again damage taking a jngl camp and going back do a lane. Maybe you can have a passive if you are running 7 seconds forward that you get a speed boost and it stops if you make a turn from 45° maybe or a passive where you spawn over the map different boots and if you pick up a boot you get maybe a flame where you was running for 3 seconds or you get 30 more speed or you make a super step that deals damage every ..... distance. i think it would be awesome.
