World Cup with National Teams

While watching Worlds and reading the chatroom I have got a idea. many people talked about that lots of EU players where playing in NA, so EU got less players. So why not create national Teams. For example eu team is only filled with the best eu players same goes for all the other regions.

what do you guys think about this idea?
