New Bard Skin

Okay, hear me out on this one. The skin will be like Brolaf but instead it will be Brad, he'll wander the map looking for chimes shaped like Red Solo Cups. His Q is up for debate haven't put much thought into it. His W will start as a glass and then grow to a pitcher and then a keg. His E doesn't really matter too much. His ult will be a giant ping pong ball and the area of effect can be red like a red solo cup.
