Speed Demon Skinline

I don't have concept art or the common sense to realise that there are enough other issues that need to be adressed BUT that being said:

I would love to see a speed demon skinline!

Think of Rammus, Quinn, Hecarim, maybe even Jhin... stuff like that!

Wondering what you guys think ^^
