Champion Concept - Radia - Priestess of the dawn

Name - Radia. Title - Priestess of the dawn. Origin - Shurima. Role - Mage. Appearance - Looks like a simple priestess, in white sleeveless robes with a hood... however looks can be deceiving. Lore - She is the head priestess that worships the sun in shurima.

Abilities:

Passive - Solar movements: This passive changes the rift (similar to skarner's passive) giving it a day/night cycle (albeit a VERY fast one) during the 'day' Radia has +20% AP and AD + 45 extra movement speed however during the night she has -20% AP and AD however her movement speed is unaffected. Days and nights last for 3 minutes each.

Q - Gaze of the sun - Radia gathers sunlight above her and then fires a continuous beam of focused sunlight at her target. She has to concentrate to maintain the beam so there is a channel bar and her movement speed is halved. She will maintain the beam on her target unless she is hard CC'd or the target goes out of range.

W - Mind of the sun - Radia summons an oasis to charm all targets (including minions) facing in it's direction causing all targets effected to walk slowly towards it for 1 second. if a target walks into the mirage a beam of sunlight fires down from above, damaging them and immediately removing charm.

E - Body of the sun - Radia summons a beam of light down upon herself and dashes forwards with it; dealing damage and inflicting a very weak true damage burn to everything the beam touches. (can dash through walls)

R - Soul of the sun - Radia Takes the essence of the sun within herself which buffs her and changes her abilities for the duration of the ult. (lasts 15-25 seconds based on ult rank) Passive buff - Forces the Day night cycle to day for the duration of the ult and adds an extra +10% AP and AD (+30% in total) Q - Slightly increases beam damage and adds a 10% slow. W - Increases the speed that enemies travel towards the oasis and prevents oasis damage from removing charm. E - Can dash twice. R - activate ult again to receive a huge movement speed boost but cancel ult early. (Also while ult is active she is all glowy)
