New Critical Chance Item

I'm just gonna say that this is only a concept. An idea. A possibility.

With the sad nerf of Trinity Force, I was thinking there could be a new item that utilized both Sheen and Crit, for those champs like Gangplank who could really put both to good use.

I can't think of a name, so I'll just call it the "Big Whomper."

Big Whomper:

Built from a Sheen, a Cloak of Agility and a Pickaxe

Combine Cost = 175 Total Cost = 2900

Stats: Attack Damage = 50 Mana = 250 Cooldown Reduction = 10% Critical Strike Chance = 20% Movement Speed = 5%

UNIQUE Passive: After using an ability, the next basic attack deals bonus physical damage equal to 125% base Attack Damage on hit (1.5 second cooldown). This damage can critically strike.

It doesn't sound like a bad idea in total. Let me know what could be different in the comments!
