(Skin Concept) Crazy Cat Lady Thresh

I know there's concepts for dog catcher thresh but i think Crazy Cat Lady would be even better for thresh. Most of his popular and effective builds have him building items for high mobility so he can position himself. Just imagine him moving around all quick like while wearing a dress with thick glasses and braided hair (that mimics his tendrils) with a unhinged look in his eyes. His hook could be a leash or harness and his lantern could instead be a kennel and the souls he collects could instead be scrappy looking ally cats.
