Champion Concept - Quillan
Hi, I have been playing league for 3 years now, and I had an idea for a champion. i could use help with an actual creative title.

He is a rather hot headed yordle who utilizes a whip in combat. > Abilities
Passive > - upon auto attacking an enemy champion for the first time, Quillan's whip does extra bleed damage over 5 seconds. This can only occur once every 20/16/12/8 seconds. Auto attacking the bleeding target will lower the cool-down of this passive by 1 second level upgrades at 1/6/11/16 scaling: 30 + (100% Bonus attack Damage)
Q > - Quillan sweeps his whip in a cone starting from his right, Champions hit by the outside of the cone take extra bleed damage over 3 seconds, any enemy Champion within the inside of the cone will stop the ability when it hits them and they will be snared and pulled to Quillan who is stunned during the duration of the pull(yes he stuns himself, whips tend to be hard to uncoil sometimes) CD - 13/12/11/10/9 seconds Scaling - 50/65/85/110/140 + (50% Attack damage) Bleed Damage - 10/13/16/19/22 + (100% Bonus attack damage) Snare duration - 0.5 seconds
W > - first cast - Quillan uses his whip to grab an enemy minion or small monster second cast - Quillan flings his target in a direction taking himself along with it, enemies in the area Quillan and his target land take damage. CD - 22/20/18/16/14 seconds Scaling - 70/90/110/130/150 + (40% Attack damage + 70% Ability power) the range on this would be no larger than Camille's level 1 hook-shot range, to put that into perspective for any questions on mobility
E > - Passive - attacking any enemy unit will mark them with a sticky explosive for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds. You cannot mark targets while this ability is on cool-down Active - Detonates all the marks and slows each enemy hit and all enemies in a small radius around them(and when i say small i mean like sunfire cape small) CD - 12 seconds Scaling - 90/120/150/180/210 + (70% ability power) initial damage from bombs do not stack with the area of effect damage Slow - initial target- 40% area of effect- 20% (Initial target slow does not stack with the area of effect slow)
R > - Quillan grabs a second whip from his side, each auto attack while this effect is active will trigger on hit effects twice, and hit the next closest target along with the initial auto attacked target, if no other target is in range then his auto attacks will do bonus damage instead. Casting his Q while this is active will cause the sweep to come from both sides and do double damage. CD - 100/80/60 Bonus damage on single target - 50%/75%/100%
What I learned while actually taking the time to write this down
> I can understand why a whip user in league of legends, without magical qualities like thresh with his box and lantern, can be hard to come up with ideas. the yordle flying with the minion/monster was an idea that came to me recently with the blastcones in the new season 7 jung.
