I wanna create new hero

Hi guys I wanna see your ideas for new hero I am very interested to create new hero for League Of Legends and I am gonna be happy if Riot accept my idea .!!

Here is my idea : The new hero is gonna play like ad and ap Q- the hit of AQ- wen he activate this spell he deal to (100,150,200,320) ad ,(200,230,270,320) ap . Target enemy + 5%of all ad or ap. W-massive hammer - wen he activate this spell he's hammer grol up and become big after this he deal damege and (stun for (1 1,5 2) sec per lvl do (200,240,300,350) dm ad (150,230,270,350) ap. E- soul attack wen he activate this spell he (slow enemy by 40% and deal dmg ( leke the popy Q and ilaloli E) (150,200,350,500) ad (200,300,400,500) ap . R- deathly circle - wen he activate he's spell deal dmg like Kayn E after this one circle is starting to creating like Galio R and stun every one in the aeria ) slow 70% enemy area do (400,450,700) ad (350,400,700) ap stun all for 2,5 sec . Passive metamorf - wen he activate R on lvl 3 he can change from Ap to Ad and how much Ap you have is going Ad and everything is same and you get buff Ap build +25% attack speed +10% of all ap Ad build +10% of all dmg +50% moved speed
