@Riot - Introducing a new class concept

This will most likely fall under the support class, but I'm more inclined to also have it in the mage class. What is this class concept I speak of?

Strippers.

I'm not talking about seductive champions. When I say strippers, this class is a class that "strips" away a buff or status from an enemy. For example, a Kayle ultimate will have her invulnerability removed.

A champion with a shield will lose their shield.

A champion moving at Mock 5 will lose their speed boost.

You may state this concept is broken - but is it really? Anything in this game can be made to seem broken. For example, Tryndamere has 5 seconds of invulenerability and can deal significant damage. Vayne can keep moving constantly. Yasuo has double crit chance.

Yet, we're only stating the benefits. All benefits come with a condition and the "stripper" class will have their champions have conditions. Either their ultimate is a strip, or they must stack/meet a prerequisite before they can strip.

Perhaps the stripper removes only one beneficial effect instead of all. See where I'm going?
