Kitsune- the spirit fox

Concept- the Japanese Kitsune Name- unknown

Passive- every 2 levels grow an additional spirit tail. (Max 9)

Q passive- your auto attacks are ranged and deal 60% of your AP Active- your next 9 auto attacks deal 3% of the targets max HP.

W linear blast skillshot the reduced MR

E a dashes that can have up to 2 charges stacked

R passive- when out of combat you enter Spirit form. In this form you are stealthed and your HP and spirit regen 100% faster. Also when in this form you see the "soul" of near by enemy champions within X range.

Active- leap in the the heavens becoming untargetable. And reveal all enemy champions souls. Upon selecting an enemy you dash across the sky toward them.
