Idea for champ

A mobile support that manipulated the mind of others mainlly focus on disrupting the enemy while your team kill them. For one of his abilities e could drop a disruption field on the ground where enemys couldnt use neither ultimate ability neither summoners and all the other abilitys(Q,W,E) would be switched (for example you press Q and the champion use E instead) and for the ultimate he could chose 1 enemy champion close to him and mind controling him for 3 sec (it could use Q,W,E of that caracter move him and atack with him) while the main body will be stopped but easly atacked (i imagine him like a levitating litle champ with a design that makes him look super inteligent while cute at same time hahah hope you like it
