[Rework Concept] Vayne, the Monster Hunter

Passive - Nightseeker's Eyes: While Vayne has sight of an enemy champion or large monster, but they do not have sight on Vayne, a pair of red reticles will appear over them, once they line up, after a second, Vayne's next attack against them will deal % health true damage.

• Mother's Gift: During Mother's Gift every one of Vayne's basic attack will apply stacks of Bloodletting. The third stack will consume the stacks and deal % health true damage.

Q - Condemn: Vayne fires a giant penetrating Silver Bolt in a line, dealing true damage and knocking every enemy unit in it's path to the end of the cast range. If the Silver Bolt hits a wall, all enemies dragged by the Silver Bolt are pinned to the wall, stunning them for a second.

• Mother's Gift: During Mother's Gift Vayne instead dashes in a line, dragging enemies as she dashes, dealing true damage and mutilates all enemies in the line, reducing heals and shields on them for several seconds. If Vayne pins them to a wall, she will stun them for a second and deals % health true damage and completely ignoring any and all shields to enemies pinned for 1 second.

W - Cloaked in Darkness: Vayne throws her cape in a cone in front of her disrupting, blinding, and reducing the sight range of all enemies in front of her for a second.

• Mother's Gift: During Mother's Gift Vayne kicks up dirt into the faces of the enemies in the cone, disrupting, blinding, slowing, grounded, and reducing the sight range of all enemies in front of her for a second.

E - Darting Shadows: Vayne dashes in a target direction, resetting her attack timer. Her next basic attack will apply the bonus damage from Nightseeker's Eyes.

• Mother's Gift: During Mother's Gift Vayne becomes invisible while dashing, her next basic attack will deal bonus % health true damage.

• During Mother's Gift, applying all 3 stack of Bloodletting to a single target will refresh the cooldown of Darting Shadows by 1 second.

R - Mother's Gift - First Cast: Frey's curse overwhelms Vayne and she transforms into a monstrous she-wolf for a few seconds. Killing enemy champions or large monsters extends the duration of Mother's Gift. While Mother's Gift is active, Vayne's basic attacks become melee ranged but all damage dealt to Vayne is dealt over time and any true damage Vayne deals heals her for a large % of the damage dealt.

• Final Hour - Second Cast: Recasting this ability, or at the end of Mother's Gift, Vayne howls, causing the entire battlefield to be shrouded in darkness, preventing shared vision between all enemies. Shadows of Vayne will appear just at the edge of every enemy champion's vision for a moment before they dash at them, dealing % health true damage before disappearing back into the darkness. Enemies hit by multiple shadows of Vayne will be dealt reduced damage after the first. After, Vayne returns to normal.
