Draven Halloween Skin

I was thinking that Riot could possibly put in a Halloween Draven skin where he throws circular saw blades. Similar to the Whirligig Saw in Bloodborne. Also, he could have an outfit also similar to the Huntsman in Bloodborne as well. It would be really amazing if they could implement this skins because Draven is an executioner himself. Throwing spinning saw blades at people would be a really cool cosmetic for the champion. :D
