Some ability concepts
These would not go on the same character, but rather be thrown onto other kits.
P: Razor wires (Melee Assassin spell)
If there is terrain within 500 units of your back, your basic attacks will plant a Razor wire between the target and that terrain. Units who walk through these wires take physical damage. You may have up to 5 wires out at a time, and placing a 6th will destroy the oldest.
(some spells would interact with these wires, and one would apply it from range)
-_- R: Doom Buggy (Map Mobility spell, would be fun with a "Dragon Tamer" skin) 10 second cooldown Call your Doom Buggy from its current location to you (starts in base).

The Doom Buggy is a vehicle. You may right click to drive it, and allies can right click to get in the back. Allies in the back can attack and cast spells, but can't cast mobility spells (ex. Fizz E or Leblanc W).
The Buggy has 2000/2500/3000/3500 health, and will absorb 30% of the damage targeted at its occupants. When the Doom Buggy runs out of HP, it will explode, dealing 25% max HP physical damage to all allies and enemies near the buggy.
The Buggy has 500/600/700/800 movement speed, but has reduced maneuverability (Turn restriction, about 25% the strength of Sion ult) and moves differently from normal champions. Movement commands only help you steer, you cannot go from 0% speed to 100% speed instantly (or vice versa), and going backwards requires a spell.
While Driving, your spells are replaced. (all no cooldown and 0 cost)
Q: Accelerate Increase your speed by 20% per second while turned on (Up to 500/600/700/800)
W: Brake Decrease your speed by 30% per second while turned on.
E: Reverse Your forward momentum is transformed into backward momentum.
R: BAIL Everyone dismounts the Buggy.
The Buggy is invulnerable to CC, but it's occupants are still vulnerable.
Crashing into terrain causes the buggy to take damage based on it's speed.
Doom Buggy is unlocked at level 1, and can be further upgraded at ranks 6/11/16

R: The Pit (Melee Brawler spell) 100 second cooldown, 100 mana
Slam the ground around you, sinking it deep into the ground for 8 seconds and dealing physical damage to nearby enemies.
Anyone can enter the Pit, but no one can leave by any means, and no one outside the pit can interfere with the goings on inside of the Pit.
The Pit will rise back to ground level once either the duration ends or every champion on one team who has entered the Pit is dead.

P: Masochists intuition (Tank spell)
Heal yourself for X% of spent mana Restore mana equal to X% of damage taken (health costs would not impact this)

E: Laughing Gas (AP Tank spell, would have to be their only CC) 50 mana per second, 10 second cooldown toggle: Channel, spreading a growing cloud of Gas around you (Max radius of 500/550/600/650/700 units after 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 seconds of channeling). Enemies in the Gas take X magic damage per second are stunned for .6/.7/.8/.9/1 seconds upon breathing it in, during which they laugh. After their laugh, they are immune to the stun for 5 seconds.
You can move at 50% speed while channeling Laughing Gas, but moving causes the outermost part of the cloud behind you to disperse.
Other spells and basic attacks are disabled while channeling.
