Blood Shaman

Hello guys. Kat here. I am a support main and my mains are Soraka and Bard.

Soraka because of her capability to sustain the ADC with health plus her silence which is super effective against enemy ganks with strong gap closers. In addition, her ultimate is really good for saving allies from across the map specially if they are low in health and dying from ignite.

Often, I would try to use my ultimate for my ally Top/Mid Laner if they are being tower dove. A lot of times this becomes a struggle because I feel like as a support, I fail when I can't do anything when my teammates from other lanes are being towerdove by the enemy junglers specially the really tanky junglers and there a lot of them.

Now this is where Uuska comes in. I'd like to think that he is the prime mentor of Karma. He would essentially fill in themissing gap in the game where every support lacks - a global ult that prevents super tanky enemy laners from abusing their tankiness and gives them more caution and awareness if they really want to tower dive.

Without further ado, here are the abilities I have created for this unique support.

Passive - Possess

Removed: Stun for 0.5 seconds New: Now fears for 1 second

Uuska is surrounded by malevolent spirits. Every 12 seconds, in a 700 range unit around Uuska, a malevolent spirit possesses an enemy champion within that range unit and causes the champion to flee in fear for 1 second. The spirit lingers for 3 additional seconds and Uuska's basic attacks on possessed enemies deals extra 10/20/30/ magic damage.

Q - Dance of the Monkey

Removed: Flat health regen and flat armor and magic resistance. Updated: Now heals a % amount for every missing health. __

Uuska conjures a toy monkey that dances in a 500 unit radius that lasts until killed by an enemy, The monkey grants allies increased health regen by 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% of their missing health every 5 seconds and increases their bonus armor and magic resist by 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%. The fetish monkey has 2 health bars. If the monkey is killed, a malevolent spirit will be freed and it will linger in the area for 12 seconds seeking out nearby enemies (prioritizes enemy champions) and applies Posses to them.

Cooldown: 10 seconds at all ranks and Uuska can store up to 2 at a time.

W - Banish

Removed: Seize! New: Banish Now creates a large area of wasteland that poisons enemies who stand on it.

Uuska poisons the ground in a large target for 6 seconds, causing enemies who stand on the location to be poisoned every 2 seconds dealing 12/24/36/48/60 (+ 40% Ability power) magic damage each second for the duration. Continual exposure renews the poison.

E - Malevolent Spirits

Updated: Reduced AP ratio from 0.9 ⇒ 0.6

Uuska summons a malevolent spirit behind an enemy champion and pushes them the opposite direction by 300 units and dealing 60/110/160/210/260(+ 60% ability power)

R - Call of the Shaman

_"If we can't cripple them physically,we'll cripple them mentally." - Uuska to Karma during their rendezvous at the Lotus Garden _

After a brief delay of 0.5 seconds, Uuska conjures a thick blanket of red mist in an area at anywhere across the map and hypnotizes enemies to march aimlessly towards him for 2.5 seconds. Enemies affected will always march towards Uuska regardless of their distance from him. During this time, Uuska enters into a trance, becomes an invulnerable spirit and is immobilized for the same duration until the ritual has ended.

Now I have created his kit to synergize with one another. His ult will fill the gap where helpless ally champions are being towerdove and helping them is nearly impossible.

This should also prevent a lot of tanks from towerdiving with their eyes closed just taking damage and it becomes unfair.

Uuska doesn't rely on mana, Instead he uses his own health, but he can regain his health back from his fetish monkey.

TL;DR Passive: Fears people around you. Q: Heals and increases bonus resistance. W: Creates a wasteland that poisons enemies who walks on it. E: Pushes enemies towards you as oppose to pulling them. R: Global Charm

healthier kit than before. First, could you explain a bit how the E works, exactly, in terms of targeting, interplay (how the opponent outplays it) and so on?

also, the W in this iteration is decent and healthy (if a little strong on the ratio), but just as a thought - a zone DoT synergises well with hard CC, but this combination has been done before with morgana. With a slightly lower ratio (perhaps .3) the ability would probably be fine, but as a suggestion, I was imagining for a second a way that it could feel a bit different and more "active" so, let's say that in the zone, instead of applying a DoT, it applies a passive "fear" poison debuff on opponents within, lingering for, let's say, four seconds and refreshing constantly on targets within. Uuska's basic attacks on poisoned opponents could act as a catalyst for the poison, dealing bonus magic damage with the same .4 AP ratio and causing them to flee from a fetish monkey's AoE for .5 second if they are within it. if the target is possessed by a lingering spirit, they take could take bonus damage - let's say 25%, for a total .5 ratio - and refresh the lingering spirit duration. Afterwards, they could take a small amount of damage per second while within the poison zone - let's say .2 or .25 AP - so long as the debuff remains. And you might be able to find other ways for the debuff to synergize with the kit, idk. Just a suggestion, of course. This way opponents aren't just unilaterally forced off of a minion wave or wherever else while Uuska walks off to ward or do whatever he pleases, and the Uuska player can feel like he was rewarded for following up the ability with some commitment, as well as for placing his fetish monkey intelligently.

The fetish monkey's health regen is decent. I feel, however, like the 30 second duration on the spirit it spawns is a bit off. Perhaps you could make it so that the spirit lasts 12 seconds, like your passive, and possesses one enemy at the end of those 12 seconds? And perhaps your E (which is called malevolent spirits) could also spawn a spirit at its cast location, with a similar possession delay. Also, i was wondering about the possibility of a weak percent health regen on the monkey instead of flat regen. This way the regen feels less useless later in the game/on tanky targets and can scale with a stat (health). Additionally, i feel like the bonus armor and MR are a little too low, particularly at rank 1. Perhaps it could scale from 12-20 instead? That would make it feel much more significant, i think.

Here's another thought. You already have the spirit lingering for 3 seconds to empower auto attacks. Perhaps auto attacking or applying spell damage/ debuffs to a lingering possession could refresh the duration, and maybe if the spirit lingers for six seconds the possession stun could return? perhaps you could shave some damage off of the E's very high ratio and make it so that if a spirit returns for a second possession, it deals a very large burst of magic damage with it (say... .8 AP) and then disappears after.

just a bunch of aimless ideas, do with them what you wish idk, maybe all of this is unnecessarily overcomplicated. I'm very good at overcomplicating simple ideas.

upvoted either way, cool art
