Fidds could use with a small tweaking. Take out some of the damage that Drain does, but allow his E to bounce off him. Maybe bounces off him don't count could work to. Just a small thought to make Fiddlesticks a bit more self-reliable. And make him feel more impactful in a 1v1.

I think Fiddle's 1v1 is pretty strong tbh. Any stronger and people who could normally beat him wouldn't be able to.

he's not supposed to have impact in a 1v1.

his niche is 1v2 counter jungling by surprising the enemy jungler while they take camps.
