Sun Goddess Leona

So we have a Lunar Goddess Diana, and if I'm not mistaken most of the skins between Diana and Leona have opposites. We already know there's a Sun Goddess line of skins, aka Sun Goddess Karma, but why no Leona? I attached a concept of someone I saw a long time ago, and I hope it might get some traction again.
