Refund Credits

What would be great to add in the game is buying refund credits with IP! Sometimes people will regret what they buy and use all three of the refund credits you already included. But if they NEED to refund something, make a refund token that costs IP. I don't know about the IP price you want to put on the token, but it'd awesome if you include this feature in the game.
