Practice mode improvement: refresh cooldowns should refresh keystone masteries timers

Can the refresh cooldown button also refresh timer on keystone masteries like thunderlord?

I was trying to calculate full combo dmg with different items but since the combo relied on thunderlord I had to always wait full duration till thunderlord timer refreshed since it wasn't refreshed with other cooldowns.
