WARD TOWERS

As a player who ends up in the support role more often than not. to make the warding game interesting a new idea popped up in my head.

Ward stacking.

Placing subsequent wards 50 units away from one another causes the wards to merge together granting bonuses depending on how much wards are stacked up. Only sight stone wards and pinks wards can stack. Pink ward bonuses are much stronger.

1 ward - regular 3 minutes fixed range

Each subsequent ward stack adds 1 minute and 1 attack health to the merged ward and increases vision by 100 units

@ 3 stacks the newly merged ward gives off a scuttle crab aura buff

@ 6 stacks the newly merged ward gives of 100% health and mana regen aura buff

@ 9 stacks the newly merged ward transforms into a tower (with no death timer) that grants true vision (like Quinn W ability)

Idk about this idea i mean all together you can only have 4 wards at a time 3 on map and thing is with the whole six stack idea you would esentially eleminate fow by placing wards and stacking them in the right place

It's a neat idea, but I feel like this would have some consquences due to people placing 3 wards in the same area. Sure, that area is buffed, but that's only providing vision for one area instead of three areas. Especially with the ward restrictions, each person only being able to place 4 wards on the map at once, and for the most part only the support buying sightstones (sometimes Lee Sin players too), this would be restricted to your 3 stack idea and maximum of a 5 stack pink ward, leaving only 2 areas of the map visible to that team.

Upvoted for vision game awarness!

That said, I don't think vision should be involved with granting bonuses other than information to your team, much less a tower (poor Azir, his passive is only worth 225g). Skuttle crab can be an exception.

Riot should definitely experiment with the vision game, but this is subverting it. It's like you're saying 'info isn't good enough, we need stats'. Is vision not, by Riot's own admission, incredibly powerful? (Apparently not powerful enough to warrant use as a summoner spell!)
