[Item Concept] Heart of the God / Juggernaut's Armor / Bloodying Rageplate
Basically, this item is the health version of Tear of the Goddess. Here we go:
Heart of the God:

UNIQUE Passive: Taking 0.5% of your maximum health or more grants +2 maximum health (maximum twice within 8 seconds).
Juggernaut's Armor: Heart of the God +
+ 750 gold = 2450 gold
+150 Health
+50% Base Health Regen
UNIQUE Passive: When taking more than 10% of your maximum health within 3 seconds, gain +50% Health regen for 10 seconds, stacking linearly up to 3 times. (15 second cooldown)
UNIQUE Passive: Taking 0.5% of your maximum health or more grants +3 maximum health (maximum twice within 8 seconds). At +450 health this will turn into Bloodying Rageplate.
Bloodying Rageplate: (Max Stacks of Juggernaut's Armor) +600 Health +50% Base Health Regen UNIQUE Passive: When taking more than 10% of your maximum health within 3 seconds, gain +25% Health regen for 10 seconds. The regeneration doubles with each additional stack accrued. (20 second cooldown) UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks drain 1.5% of your current health (min. 30) and deal twice that to enemies as bonus true damage. This damage is increased by up to 200% based on the enemy's current HP (capped at 75% HP). Only activates when above 20% HP. Note: True damage increased by 2.67% per 1% HP the enemy has, capped at 200%.
I'm not one for long descriptions; basically it gives bruisers a bit more damage while still building tank items. Kind of serves as an alternative to Frozen Mallet (without the slow).
