Friends List Filter For Mobile Users

Can we please get a filter on the friends list to weed out people who are only online on mobile? My general experience is the mobile players don't ever come online when you message them to play, they only want the ability to line up games themselves before they log on.

So as I'm looking for people who will actually respond and play, can there please be a filter to get rid of the mobile people being counted as online?
