ink - the soul painter (champion concept)
jeegus its been awhile since I've been on the boards, anyways here's the concept
before his new life, ink was not named ink... his name was lost the second he entered the half-death state he suffers in now... he was an adventurer that adventured a tad too far... he somehow found himself in the shadow isle where he walked for days and days... he found a cave where he found a paintbrush?... it wasn't any paintbrush... whoever made it clearly didn't know your not supposed to hold a paintbrush with two hands as this one was easily five or six feet long... the second he touched the oversized brush his hand suddenly started to rot? no it appeared to be more like peeling away in the way those ash pieces fly away from fires... only blue, and what remained underneath was what looked like his hand had turned to cracked stone with blue light filling the cracks... it didn't feel any different from what it would feel if his hand never touched the cursed brush but it looked like pure stone... this process continued all the way to his torso till it ceased for whatever reason... he became much more noticeably pale as if he was dead... but that cant be possible... he was still breathing, wait he wasn't breathing! the brushed seemed to have killed him but kept him alive at the same time, instantly he began forgetting things... he left the cave to notice a blue light shining from some bushes near the cave and when he looked inside he saw what looked to be float glass shards? but they seemed to have had images being shown from inside them... when he touched it, cause how much worse can his current situation get? he's dead alive the same time... suspended in a limbo of life and death... anyways, the instant he touched it he had a flashback... he remembered a lost part of his memory, he concluded that these shards contained his lost memory's but he would have to find them to get them back... he spent years wandering the isle's till he found a old looking boat with a lantern at the front... when he boarded the boat it instantly began to drift to sea eventually ending up at the rest of runeterra, where he later heard about the league and attempted to join hoping he will find more of his lost memory's in the places where he shall fight, before he reached the institutes doorstep he found that anything he saw was shown of the same memory fragment he found after leaving the cave, accidentally he brushed the paint brush off the ground and it created a small shadow isle creature, the paint brush could recreate anything he had recently seen, he knew this would assist him in entering the league and made way for the institute of war immediately

shards of lost memories: similar to bards
passive, ink can look around the map collecting fragments of his lost memories, he finds every single fragment over the course of the match he will change his appearance back to before he was put in the state of half death, this boosts his states massively and changes his ultimate from fragments of the lost to memories of the forgotten, this change can ONLY happen if he has collected all the shards during the match, otherwise this change cannot be made and he will remain the same... the shards remain for 5 minutes each and can sometimes be found attached to enemy and ally minions, if the shard is attached to an ally minion he must wait for it to die to collect it... this allows ink players to have a chance of reaching the requirement for the change early or if they screwed up and failed to get a handful of shards... shards spawn randomly between 1 to 5 minutes
Q painter of souls: ink channels and spawns an enemy he recently killed or saw being killed, the enemy has better stats than the original and will follow ink if spawned in the jungle but if it is spawned in a lane it will act like a rift herald and push the lane like the herald would if the eye was crushed... this ability is similar to Zoe's W, it has no cool down but requires a soul to paint... **mana cost:**50/100/150/200/250 **stat increase:**40%/80%/120%/160%/200% **channel time:**1s/2s/3s/4s/5s
W tribute to the fallen: ink takes 10 seconds of his time to pay tribute to a selected ally champion, when this is done he will paint their souls and give the ally champion 1000 health and no mana, the ally champions player can then control the spirit like a normal champion but is restricted to basic attacks... the given health is raised with levels but the cool down gets longer rather than shorter like other abilities... the ally will respawn naturally when the respawn timer ends, if the champions soul dies then the player will return to the classic respawn timer unable to influence the game till they respawn like usual... **mana cost:**200/400/600/800/1000 **souls health:**1000/1500/2000/2500/3000 **cool down:**20s/40s/60s/80s/100s
(edit) **tribute to the fallen:**ink rips the soul from the body of a dead ally and allows them to be reborn temporarily into the body of another or to manifest as their character... the champions player may choose either a monster created by his Q, their own champions appearance, or a painted creature made by the mind of ink... during the game as ink collects his shards they will add to a bar next to his experience bar, this bar records the memories he has remembered, depending on how full this bar is influences what kind of creature the dead allies can become... going from a simple small creature to a large abomination... all of the creatures are of what he saw in the shadow isle during his aimless wander within the isles... champions will have a set amount of health based on what they are, for example if they are their own champions appearance they will have the same health as if they were level 1... if they are a creature from inks Q then they will have the health and dmg of that creature but without stat increase... if they become one of inks memory creatures spawned from his memories they will have a set amount of health based on what creature they become... this means that the ally has the choice of what to become based on the situation... lets say you want to push a lane and ink spawns a ghost herald... the player can take control of the herald and push the lane using it... the player will lose control of the creature when they respawn or the creature dies, the player will respawn like normal if the respawn timer reaches 0... this ability causes inks brush to react to the soul and causes ink to lose some of his memories... if the player chooses to remain as their champions soul instead of changing to a creature then ink will not lose memories but the player will be weaker than what they could be if they chose another creatures soul... if this happens ink uses mana as the cost instead of memories... memory cost: [random] channel: 10s/9s/8s/7s/6s **mana cost (if player remains as champion):**100/200/300/400/500
E **reckoning...: **ink calls upon all the recent enemies the targeted enemy champion has killed and calls upon them to return... if the enemy has not killed any enemies within a minute's time this ability cannot target them... the summoned souls will relentlessly pursue the enemy champion filling the targets chat box with the souls own messages, only the target champion can see this and this is both added detail and a way to make it difficult for an enemy to see ally messages as the chat box will fill up rather fast... the messages the souls will send will be randomly generated by the game... the souls can be targeted by towers and the target champion... the target champions allies CANNOT SEE THE SOULS... nor target them... this means enemies that kill a lot of minions and champions extremely often must fight the same enemies again... the souls are immune to AOE damage and CC, they will relentlessly chase the target till the target dies or the target kills the souls one by one... the souls die instantly upon entering the enemy spawn fountain... for added detail the souls could appear from where they died or the jungle... **cool down:**30/25/20/15/10 **mana cost:**100/200/300/400/500 **stat boost:**20%/40%/60%/80%/100%
R fragments of the lost: ink attempts to recall a lost memory by stealing nearby fragments and memories of enemy champions cause enemy champions to temporarily forget an ability or two, this means that if your inside the range for a long amount of time you will take damage and lose some abilities temporarily **duration:**2s/4s/6s/8s/10s **time enemies forget abilities for:**1s/2s/3s/4s/5s **damage:**100ps/200ps/300ps/400ps/500ps cool down: 200s/150s/100s/60s/50s
