Region map skins?

Can we have a unique system of region maps. And teams can vote increasing player sportsmanship. As we all sent the new map and the regions are nice, maybe a rift version of all the regions, like freljord can be the winter map, noxious and demacia a warm village theme like the old map, shurima a dessert? Targon with mountain ranges.
