Let's talk about Brand
So, I'm kind of surprised no one has been talking about Brand and how much of a great support he is. He is possibly one of the best supports in the game right now if you know how to use him, and I barely ever see him. Now, keep in mind that I am a silver Brand support main, and my ideas probably mean next to nothing to you guys, but I want to get my ideas out anyways. Please no flamers on this post, I will not hesitate to remove comments like "BAD." or "Nah". Reply with a reason, not just a response.

Items in strikethrough are those I am replacing with something else, specifically the ones to the right of the text.
Passive: Brand's abilities set his targets ablaze upon damaging them each second, dealing 2% of their maximum health per stack as magic damage over 4 seconds, stacking up to 3 times, for a maximum of 12% 18% of their maximum health over the duration, and empowering his abilities against them. The damage against monsters is capped at 320.
Killing an enemy that is Ablaze restores 6 - 18 8 - 22 (based on level) mana.
After reaching 3 stacks on non-minions, an area is marked around them, which explodes after 2 3 seconds, consuming the stacks. All enemies struck are dealt 10% - 15% (based on level) 「 (+ 1.5 1.75% per 100 AP) 」 of their maximum health as magic damage. Enemies take 70% damage from explosions after the first in a 3 second time frame. The explosion will still trigger immediately if the target dies to the third ability or during the delay.
Brand cannot stack Blaze more than once on enemies enemy champions who have exploded in the past 4 3 seconds.

Blaze: Pillar of Flame deals 25% 20% bonus damage.
Increased Damage: 93.75 / 150 / 206.25 / 262.5 / 318.75 (+ 75% AP) 90 / 132 / 174 / 216 / 258 (+ 90% AP)

E: Active: Brand sets the target enemy aflame, dealing magic damage and adding 3 seconds to Blaze if it is on the target.

Blaze: Conflagration and Blaze's duration on the target also spreads to enemies around the target.
TARGET RANGE: 750 EFFECT RADIUS: 750 primary, 1000 bounces COST: 100 150 mana COOLDOWN: 105 / 90 / 75 120/100/80
R: Active: Brand launches a fireball at the target enemy that bounces between nearby enemies up to four two times (3 hits max), dealing magic damage each time.
Magic Damage: 100 / 200 / 300 100 / 250 / 400 (+ 25% 35% AP)
If Pyroclasm's current target becomes invalid, it selects a new enemy at no cost to its remaining bounces. If its initial target becomes invalid and there are no other valid targets, Pyroclasm refunds its cost and resets its cooldown.
Blaze: Pyroclasm briefly slows enemies hit.
Slow: 30 / 45 / 60% 30 / 60 / 90%
All of these changes make him much easier to deal with, while still keeping his power at a fair level AND keeping him as a decent support. Obviously, numbers would need tweaked, I am not attached to any number here, just the general ideas.
