Percos, the Freshwater Prince (Mage, Fighter)

Just a link at the moment. Looking for standard feedback. It was suggested to me that he'd make an interesting jungler and it'd be interesting if he was played around building Rylai's/Liandry's into tank. Thought it was an interesting idea, not sure how viable, but I figured I'd ask.
