Game events

Why has rito not done an event around the wars between Demacia and Noxus in such a long time? it used to be such a focus but there is nothing like "butcher bridge" or anything really involving the ongoing wars in runterra. It seems like it would be relatively easy to take the time to design a champion for both Demacia and Noxus, then proceed to make a large scale event revolving around them.
