Not sure if this is the right place to ask this.. (about riot squad singed)

While I was using Riot Squad Singed, my friend said "Hey, I like the blue gas cloud on that skin" I saw the blue gas for the first couple games i used the skin over the summer .. But for me the gas cloud is an orange, sort of rusty color..

Is there a reason we see different colors
