Ekko's Antagonist Champion Concept

Driving to work today when I thought about how cool it would be if there was a champion that could pull allies to them from across the map, kinda like a reverse Shen ult, but how would that work lore-wise? They would have to be able to manipulate space without seeming like a control mage (since we just got one of those). Then I thought about how Ekko can manipulate time in certain spaces with his gear, but we never got alot of story behind the antagonist we meet in his backstory. What if that guy is a spacial manipulator to oppose ekko's time manipulation? I think for the concept to work, he'd end up being a support, pulling in a stray teammate for a teamfight or if you see your adc caught out you can pull them back to base. Maybe with like a 1 second delay at the portal for counterplay? I think it sounds super cool!!
