(Skin Concept) Crazy Cat Lady Bard

Bard would be awesome for this theme because its funny as balls and the less people take bard seriously the better.

He'll wear a granny outfit with thick glasses (the dress is torn and dirty from cats pulling on it) and his instrument is instead a large purse.

His Q could be him using Pepper Spray.

His W a feeding bowl that says fluffy on it and its slowly rising to a bag of meow mix or a can of wet food and when its finished charging the bowl gets filled.

For his E the animation of his magical journey could be the open door of a kennel.

His ult could be Bard throwing a bag of cats at the target area and over its duration the cats will escape and scatter (XDXDXDXD)

Finally the chimes are closed kennels or trash cans with cats inside looking around. The meeps are obviously cats that follow him around and when he throws them at stuff instead of making that popping sound the cats make that angry howling sound
