[Champion Suggestion] Orion Nova, the Cosmic Voyager

**Lore: **With the first breath of creation, many celestial beings were formed. One of which was the mighty Orion Nova, a celestial dragon of incredible might. Upon being created, there was a vast nothingness that stretched endlessly on in every direction. And Orion Nova basked in in. There was no greater pleasure he could have than roaming as much as he could, taking up as much of that emptiness for himself, claiming it for his own just to possess it, to be able to be there whenever he pleases. As time marched on, more and more things began to occupy the vast space which Orion Nova held so dear. The biggest offender of this invasion of space was Aurelion Sol, another celestial dragon that loved to fill the cosmos with stars, forging them with utmost passion. Orion Nova despised this, as he could no longer indiscriminately soar to his heart's content, but instead had to path himself around the stars. While fighting Aurelion Sol was an option, Orion Nova feared that such a battle could destroy them both. So Orion Nova could only watch while Aurelion Sol created his precious stars and take up more and more of his territory.

After many years of this, Orion Nova discovered a truth about Aurelion Sol: a "gift" he received from puny mortals has made him their slave! Overjoyed by this news, Orion Nova set to work immediately. Aurelion Sol was no longer around to protect those stars he held so dear to him. It was a simple task for Orion Nova to engulf them in black holes, to make them collapse in on their own gravity. It pleased Orion Nova to no end to see a star fall apart, only to be replaced with a great emptiness. Once again, the infinite emptiness was his own!

For a millennium, Orion Nova relished in his completely unopposed domination of the cosmos. As he continued to lounge in his gigantic nothingness, he cast his gaze upon Aurelion Sol. Shocked, Orion Nova found that Aurelion Sol was fighting to regain control, to be free and roam the cosmos once more. Knowing this would threaten his territory once more, Orion Nova travels to the place where Aurelion Sol will fight for his freedom, and where Orion Nova will do all in his power to keep it from him: Runeterra.

**Description: **Whereas Aurelion Sol is based off of more of a Eastern-style dragon, Orion Nova is based off a more Western-style dragon. Orion Nova is a large, black dragon, like the night sky, with a few stars dotting his body. He has a very large body, of similar size to Aurelion Sol, but even larger, especially his gut, which slightly bulges out. His arms and legs are fairly short in conjunction to his body, with a tail approximately as long as his body. His head is very large and somewhat fat, as well as having a large underbite. He has a very pretentious nature, and cares deeply about wanting to destroy everything indiscriminately. His greatest joy is lounging in a large void of space, and will often let it be known.

**Passive: Wormhole Tunnel- **Orion Nova acts as a "warp point", meaning he can be used by his allies to teleport. Any allied champion that right-clicks on him from a range of 400 or closer will automatically dash to Orion Nova (similar to a Thresh lantern). This will have individual cooldowns for each allied champion of 60 seconds.

**Skill 1: Black Hole- ** Orion Nova empowers his next basic auto attack. When attacking an enemy, he applies the "Black Hole" debuff on that target. Anyone with a "Black Hole" debuff gets an aura around them of 200 units. After 1.5 seconds pass, the Black Hole implodes, dealing 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 magic damage, plus 2% of his maximum health to anyone in the Black Hole aura. Additionally, it will stun the target with the "Black Hole" debuff by 1 / 1.125 / 1.25 / 1.375 / 1.5 seconds when it expires, and drag all enemies inside the aura to the center. This will cost 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana, and has a cooldown of 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 seconds.

**Skill 2: Heavy Gravity Well- **This ability has a passive and an active: **Passive: **Orion Nova's excess gravity increases his bulk, increasing his maximum health by 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25%. Active: Orion Nova increases his own personal gravity by a great amount. Orion Nova creates an aura of 300 units around him. All projectile attacks that enter Orion Nova's gravity field will switch from their original target and hit Orion Nova instead (skillshots will divert from their original path and head straight for Orion Nova, but will not increase range). This is a toggle ability, has a cooldown of 6 / 5 / 4 / 3 / 2 seconds, and costs 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 mana per second.

**Skill 3: Lightspeed Warp- **Orion Nova get ready to travel at light speeds. After a .5 second delay, Orion Nova travels to a target that is 500 units or closer, even if the target moved further away in the .5 second delay. If Orion Nova travels to an enemy, he deals 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 magic damage, plus 70% of his ability power, and afflicts them with heavy gravity, decreasing their attack speed by 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% for 3 seconds. Additionally, if Orion Nova travels to an allied champion, he grants them light gravity, increasing their attack speed by 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30% for 3 seconds. This will cost 40 / 35 / 30 / 25 / 20 mana, and has a cooldown of 12 seconds.

**Skill 4: Anti-Gravity Field- **This ability has a passive and an active: **Passive: **Every time Orion Nova damages an enemy champion with an attack, he applies a Galactic Stack on that champion. If Orion Novaapplies 3 stacks on and enemy champion, all Galactic Stacks are consumed on every single enemy champion and Orion Nova gains 1% / 1.5% / 2% of his maximum health for each Galactic Stack. Galactic Stacks will drop off after 6 seconds pass of not taking damage from Orion Nova . **Active: **Orion Nova lowers the gravity in an area around him, impairing the movement of all enemies within 400 units by 10% / 15% / 20%. After 8 seconds pass, Orion Nova will blast outward pure gravitational force, knocking back any enemies within 400 units of him and dealing 100 / 150 / 200 magic damage, plus 2% / 3% / 4% of his maximum health, increased by 1% per 1% of his missing health. Orion Nova can reactivate this ability after 4 seconds instead of waiting 8 seconds to use the Anti-Gravity Blast early. Activating this ability will immediately end Heavy Gravity Well if it is toggled on, and will not be able to be activated again until Anti-Gravity Field is done. This will cost 100 mana to use, and has a cooldown of 160 / 140 / 120 seconds.

Playstyle: Orion Nova goes fairly well in the support role, able to protect his own marksman from the enemy by throwing off their ranged attacks. Additionally, his passive can help his lane partner out of a sticky situation, or assist an ally in ganking the lane. Orion Nova plays as a gigantic tank, ready to soak up all the damage the enemy dishes out. He can play as a Juggernaut, causing chaos in the middle of an enemy team with his wide array of crowd-controlling abilities. Additionally, he can play as a massive bodyguard, using his gravitational powers to peel off lethal ranged attacks. Although his bulk is huge, his damage output is somewhat lackluster, and relies on heavier-hitting teammates while he takes the brunt of the damage.
