Should there be a report system for draft mode champion select?

I was just trying to play a ranked game in the draft and one of my teammates banned my Zed even though I picked him to show that I was going to play him, so I left the Queue and had to wait for 6 mins to get back in it and the person who was trolling could get in the Queue right away. This is super annoying and I would like for Riot to make a reporting system in the champion select so that we can report someone if they don't pick a champion or ban the champion you want to play because these trolls are pissing me off.
