Ability bar skins

You know that bar thing that shows your champion face, HP, MP, Items, Abilities Etc.? You should add skins for them! It would add some variety. think Project Diva F 2nd. The little progress bar at the bottom of the screen could be customized by different Vocaloids. maybe add that idea but Champions. Symbols, maybe When you're Silver, Gold Etc, you could have a special skin for that?
