Gentleman Cho'gath. Does it compare with Battlecast Cho'gath (attribute-wise)

I saw this thread and i thought that some of the suggestions are really cool, for example the rupture one. I would really love a rioter's opinion on this one since i really do believe that Gentleman cho gath does NOT belong in the 1820 category just for a simple VO. Look at Battlecast Cho - A legendary skin with: custom animations particles and a new (really just kind of distorted) VO. I don't exactly think the two can be compared, because one's pros VASTLY outweigh the other's. And just to clarify i do not think this as a "some people like different things" we're talking purely attributes - things that gentleman cho'gath lacks. Again i would really love a rioter's opinion or atleast some light shed on either he is going to get "buffs" (visually) or if he's going to stay the same, which would make me really disappointed.
