Tyke, the Secret Guardian
Tyke is a red-fox, around 126 cm (about 4'2+") tall (similar to Lamb [Kindred]), type of species - and yes he cannot become human or part-human and has only one tail, does speak human tongue and walk on his hind legs with frontal paws acting more like hands with a thumb.
Tyke roams the wilderness, busy city streets, and the dark alleys all alike, with one main goal in line no matter what he is currently doing at the time, which is to watch out for those that are in trouble and need help. Even though Tyke may not be considered a vastaya at all, he still retains some vastaya blood in him from his great, great grandparents and still able to wield powerful magic. Tyke wields great white flame magic which has the ability to create objects as long as he is still concentrating and holding it, like a short bow for example, or even a coffee cup that can retain liquid; but its special ability is the ability to heal any wounds like they never occurred!
Great white flame magic is slightly deceptive in name as it is not fire at all, it cannot burn or set fire to anything at all, it ended up being called this due to its great power and white because of its healing properties.
Tyke is actually someone that is considered sacred, but he tries to keep this a secret. Every region among Runeterra has at least 4 guardians that can come in any form, species, and size that usually quite powerful creates and have a main goal in mind, a lot of them in this age are protectors, but some in the past of been blood thirsty and all about getting their region to fight other regions, for a few examples. Some may demand you bow down before their very presence, while Tyke just wants to stay unknown about his true identity and gain the satisfaction of helping others out in secret.
Tyke is a pure support that loves to roam the map quite a bit and be more about saving his teammates than making big flashy plays where all eyes are on him, he actually hates the spotlight. His unique element is actually him being a type of sniper... with a short bow comprised of his great white flame magic, so he will feel a little like a marksman, he uses a short bow oppose to a long bow to keep up his mobility (also a long bow is too tall for him to use with his smallness, so he just forms a short bow instead). Thanks to magic however he can get those shots out there at greater distances than what a normal short bow would do.
Basic Attack Range: 500 units Attack Speed: 0.677 +4% per level Movement: 340 units per second
Concentration (Passive): Tyke gains increasing range to his basic attacks while out of combat, up to 500 bonus range over 5 seconds. Healing or entering combat removes this bonus.
At maximum range Tyke can right click allied champions to fire an arrow to heal them for 10+5 per level health.
Hop and Skip (Q): Cooldown: 10 seconds; Cost: 60 mana; Range: 350 / 750 units Tyke hops to the target location and then fires an arrow in a line towards the mouse cursor upon landing, dealing 80/110/140/170/200(+40%AP) magic damage to the first enemy struck. If the target was a champion then Hop and Skip's cooldown is reduced by 40/50/60/70/80%.
Afterwards, Tyke gains maximum range from Concentration and its next heal within 3 seconds is doubled.
Volley of Protection (W): Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 seconds; Cost: 60/75/90/105/120 mana; Range: 1200 units / 50 degrees Tyke fires a volley of 5 arrows in a cone in the target direction stopping on contact with enemy projectiles or units, blocking projectiles and stopping enemy dashes. These arrows deal 100/135/170/205/240(+50%AP) magic damage to struck enemies.
Stunning Strike (E): Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds; Cost: 40 mana; Radius: 500 units Passive: Tyke's attacks and abilities mark enemies with a Great Flame for 4 seconds, after 7 Great Flames on the same target will stun it in place for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. Stunning the same target again within 6 seconds reduces the stun duration to 0.75 second.
Active: Tyke gains 120/150/180/210/240% bonus attack speed for 4 seconds and unleashes up to 5 homing arrows for his attacks, each attacking a different target at 20% damage, including his main target.
Guardian's Will (R): Cooldown: 140/90/40 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 800 units Tyke dashes to the target allied champion and creates a powerful charm onto it for 2 seconds causing it to be immune to damage.
After 2 seconds, Tyke's next basic attack deals bonus true damage equal to 20/30/40% of the total damage the charm absorbed.
